STERLING DINNER - FARM TO FOOD PANTRY

As a nonprofit teaching farm, Amber Waves Farm unites food and community to teach the next generation of farmers, educate children about healthy eating and where their food comes from, and feeding our community, especially those most in need. 

Amber Waves’ commitment to food equity is embedded in our operations. In 2025 alone, we donated 31,000 pounds of fresh, sustainably grown produce to six local food pantries — a direct response to the reality that even in one of the wealthiest zip codes in America, thousands of families face food insecurity.

Please help us raise the $150,000 needed to fund this program for another year; and, to help it grow. There is a real need: 30% of Springs residents are food insecure and demand at the Springs Food Pantry is up 20%. With your support, we can grow even more nutrient-dense food to meet that need.
