Food is Medicine: Fall Herb Workshop

Fall is the perfect moment to begin harvesting backyard herbs for their potent flavor & medicine. We’ll discuss how to work with these plants and start building a home apothecary. We’ll take a deep dive into some of the most common culinary plants & their less common uses. Everyone will get to take home a bundle of herbs & a handout of what we covered in class.
